Puttu

INGREDIENTS
Rice Flour - 2 cups
Jaggery (gur) - 1 cup
Coconut scraping - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon
DIRECTIONS
Mix rice flour, one tea spoon of arhar dal, jaggery powder, coconut scraping, salt and cardamom powder
Sprinkle some water till the mixture is moist
Keep it in a plate and steam cook in a cooker for 10 minutes
